Michael Shields, president and CEO of Mobus Financial Group, has over 35 years of broad experience in all aspects of financial and operational management for companies large and small, established and start-up, including:
- Auditing, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures
- Strategic planning and forecasting
- Financial market intelligence and analysis
- Tax, legal, and regulatory strategies
- Treasury operations

Michael began his career as an audit manager for an international public accounting firm and has also served as a controller, business analyst, corporate secretary, independent trustee, chief financial officer and president. He is a certified public accountant and holds an MBA in finance and strategic management from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
